Testing the CKP and CMP circuits

I would like to check the resistance on the CMP and CKP circuits. What pins in the PCM plug on the FICM would I need to check, and what range of readings on the meter would be considered good/bad?

Thanks.

The new way GM recommends testing suspect circuits is a loaded voltage drop test. An ohm reading of less than 1 ohm is good. Cam sensor is 31 and 43 Crank sensor is 30 and 41.
