06 F150 Leveling Kit ?

Hello Guys, I am looking at the Bilstein leveling shocks for a 06 F150 2wd. I noticed that there is a different part number for the 2wd and 4wd trucks front and rear shocks. What is the difference between the two, is the shock valving different? The truck is a supercab shortbed with a campershell. I wanted to add the leveling kit the front and possibly add a 1 to 2" block to the rear to keep the stock stance but have more wheel travel. would this work I know that the leveling kit will not serve a purpose with the block in the rear just looking for a little more ground clearance for the 2wd.
Thanks for any info Desert 4x4

Leveling kits don't really give you more travel they just add some room for the tires. Also with the lift you already have do you have extra springs in the back or a block already?

If it is a block already then most would not recommend adding another block as it can become unsteady.

no rear block right now. I am thinking about adding a 4x4 block to the rear and a 2" leveling to the front.
Does anyone know the part number for the 4x4 rear block for a supercab short bed

Any rear block designed for a F150 will work there is no difference between super cab or super crew blocks so they should be easy to find.

Was thinking about this earlier today and while part of what i said is correct part is not. The rear blocks should be easy to find but you just have to make sure it is designed for an 04-05. In 06 they made a change to how the blocks get secured so they would not work on your rig.

2007 XLT crew cab 4X4, 3.73 gear

When I bought my truck over a year ago, it was already leveled, looks great with the 2" lift. Question is: How will the front lift affect fuel mileage?
Thanks

It depends really on many things but most the tires you have on the truck. When I installed my kit I really didn't notice the loss of fuel mileage. I might have loss 1 MPG but that's nothing and could easily be something else.
