It's hydralic, so its self adjusting. The linkage under the dash wears/ breaks and you'll get some slop there and a lower clutch engagement. Above the "gas" pedal is a small plastic bushing where the pedal assy hooks to the master cylinder. The shaft that the brake and clutch pedal pivot on (about 3/4" diamater) has some plastic bushings on the ends that wear out and will wear into the steel or aluminium bracket if you let them go too long.
