intermittent no start - no codes

Here’s the issue. Went to leave from work the other day and the truck wouldn’t start (block heater not plugged in). I’ve got a scangauge II hooked up and voltages and such looked normal – no codes. It turned over quickly, it just would not start. We towed it home about 8 miles. It was dark so I left the lights the whole way. As soon as we got home I tried to start it and it started up normally – no long crank just started as it always has. Batteries, charging system all checked out fine. I tried starting it the next day (20 degree day) and it started normally (block heater not plugged in). I didn’t need the truck so it sat overnight and throughout the next day. I went out (temp in high 20s) and it started up normally again (no block heater). I didn’t note a lot of white smoke or anything, a lot of condensation and the smell from the exhaust didn’t have strong odors of diesel. Got in took the truck to town for some fuel and shopping where I shut it down once while I was in the store and came out and it started normally and drove perfectly fine, no drivability issues. Parked it last night with the block heater plugged in came out this morning to go to work and NO START! No codes, strong cranking, just like before. Tried an hour later, same no start condition. Looked in the upper fuel filter and it had fuel in it. Glow plug light on the dash operated normally during all of this. Does this indicate positive glow plug function? Scangauge indicates KOEO FICM voltage is at 48, 47.5 during cranking, ICP at 582 low idle at operating temp, ICV .81 low idle at operating temp, and IPR at 21.4 low idle. I understand these are low but they've been like this since I bought it. Incidentally I do have the blue spring installed. Any ideas from here? I’ve read the tech folder (no start thread) and will begin troubleshooting in earnest tonight but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to narrow it down or had a similar experience. Any ideas/theories are welcome.

What are the ICP and IPR during cranking? I started a no start thread as well. Read it, and check the other ScanGaugeII data suggested by the senior members. They got me heading in the right direction.

Incidentally, in my research today I recall reading a connection to being parked on an incline or decline. I was parked on an incline both times during the no starts. Anyone familiar with this possible tie?
