Kudo's for Blackstone
I recently sent in a sample of my auto trans fluid, and what a cool service!! Now I know why so many of you do oil samples with Blackstone. I received an email report four days after I sent it in ( I did priority on Thur). I recently drove about 9k with a 5th wheel trailer, probably heavier than I should (11,8k), in the west, lots of long steep hills. The tranny survived just fine.
Really nice to see the results of a scientific analysis, and the comments from Blackstone. I sent them an email yesterday with a question, received an answer this morning.
An awesome service, can't wait to do my oil now.

Yes they are top-notch. Very quick with responses and I had a correction to make on one of my reports.
They amended their report and sent it back out asap.

Concur about Blackstone. I've used them several times for oil analysis and have gotten my results back within a week after shipping the sample every time. I had a similar experience as Scott and found an error in one report and they corrected it within 24 hours after I sent them notice. Great customer service.
