Hello all . I'm up in the high deserts of Lassen County California, and have just recently stumbled on this site. Spent the last few weeks checking it out and cruising the threads, looks like a really good site y'all have going here.

I've always loved the Ford trucks I have owned over the years, and after a brief stint with a small 2-door SUV I am so ready to be back in the cab of a full size rig. I'm working on picking up a '91 F-250, standard cab, long bed, 4x4, with a 460 and 5-speed. Body and interior are pretty straight and clean for a 20 year old truck, and it has the medium blue and white two-tone paint job. The current owner has robbed a few parts from it for other rigs, so I've got a little work cut out for me. Once we get a price and payment all worked out I'll get to work on making her road worthy again. Nothing really major except for the cats need to be replaced (owner has the brand new ones in a box), everything else is really minor. The way this thing sits it's pretty boxed in by other vehicles so I couldn't get any good pictures. If I can get some here shortly I'll post them up for ya.

Again, very nice site from what I've seen so far. I was a mechanic by trade for several years before the economy tanked and I had to go elsewhere for a paycheck. So, hopefully I can help add some useful knowledge and experince to the group here. Thanks guys, talk to y'all soon!

Thanks. It is a very detailed site, and I look forward to digging further through it. I've been active on a few other websites, and even help support one, but this one seems quite a bit more detailed than what I'm used to. Just doing a lot of reading for now.

Thanks man. I actually lived down in your area for a year or so between 1998 and 1999. Worked at the Circuit City behind the Lakewood Mall on Del Amo in the car stereo instal bays. Cool area, and right down the street from the Long Beach Swap Meet.
