How hard is it to remove the tint from windows? My drivers side is peeling up and I could just rip it off but it leaves another layer of film or glue on the window, so what can I use to get the rest off? Soap/water, rubbing alcohol, acetone, razor blade scrapper, all of the above?

 

heat gun to soften it up, then gently peel it off.
once off a razor scraper with ammonia or alcohol water to remove any residue.

On my truck I just use a razor blade, and washed it with soap after. Worked for me
