more electrical problems

I went out to take pics, but my puller stripped, so need to get another, but while out I slid a piece of paper between one of the contacts to insulate it and brushed horn wire against the wheel, it seemed to function normally then, so I think I will try removing one of the contacts from the switch, if i break or ruin it, I would have had to get another anyway, so may as well try it.
