Well, that first code seems to do with fuel/fuel relays....

That second codes is for "crankshaf pos sensor" Check and make sure its plugged in, and the wires are not chaffed

Hey Jeff, Welcome to FTE!
Here is a link to the no-start thread in the Tech Folder, of course you can skip ahead a bit on some items (like if you don't have a security system for example) but good info to get you on the right track. Post back if you have any questions.
Good Luck!

Sorry man, totally skipped the codes you posted.
P0232- fuel pump circuit high
P0611- FICM performance
P2617- Crankshaft position output circuit open

I would think the P2617 would be first on my list. Check the harness first then check the tech folder for testing instructions. The P0611 could be left over from the FICM problem you had earlier, did all three connectors "click" when when you re-installed it? They can be a pain. P0232 Fuel problem will keep you from cranking also, is the pump running when key is first turned to run position?
Have you clear codes since FICM was re-installed?

Could that fuel code be something as simple as resetting the fuel cut off?

Fuel cut off definitely worth a check. Also I need to correct on P2617, seems the crank sensor rarely fails and is much more likely to be the harness (if there is really a problem at all). This code is often set on a stall event and is often not part of the problem. As Tyler said, I would be looking to the fuel issue first and maybe re-check the FICM connections. STC fitting is a common cause also. Not enough coffee for me yet this morning I guess.
