2005 6.0L will not start

I have a 2005 6.0L that stalled will driving and will not start. I had a code P0611 so I checked the voltage and while turning the engine over I was reading 30V. I sent the unit out for repair, re-installed and the engine still will not start. Rechecked the voltage and I am reading 48V.
I am now getting DTC P0232, P0611 & P2617.
Can anyone help me diagnois what the problem maybe now?
