those numbers sound pretty normal to me
Just cuz your going down the road doesnt neccesarly mean the turbo is going to stay at 25 PSI of Boost
I almost think my turbo boost will stay less than that at say 55mph I want to say 4-8 psi boost at that speed but not 100% shure
Does the truck seem gutless or something

Yea I drove it just now down the road to make sure i was telling you right. When im not on it hard it stayed around 6. I had a friend of mind look at it and he said it sounded almost like a shudder noise coming from the turbo. But you can hear it thru the intake filter.

This turbo seems fine accept for when i am going up a hill or it is idling. It makes a shuddering noise and i can feel the vibrations if im holding my foot on the brake pedal. I checked all of my exhaust pipe and it does not seem like it is hitting anywhere on the firewall or on the rest of the exhaust.
