Does Diesel Kleen or any other additive significantly help with fuel mileage. I put in Lucas Oil Lubricant every fill up for months haven't seen a major change, but I continue to do it because my father-in-law insists that its good for the engine.

I bought a jug of Howes while on our trip to MI last week and it got down to 15F in Fargo. I was pleasantly surprised when it fired right up after 2 gplug cycles.

As far as icy windshields go, when I used to go to work at 5 am in January in da UP of MI, ice, the stuff you can't scrape off with a plastic scraper. was a frequent obstacle to contend with. I found that a gallon of COLD water poured over the windshield, sometimes 2 gallons, would take off the offending coating much easier than any amount of scraping.

I mix Diesel Kleen and 2 stroke oil and my truck loves it.

As for as ice on the windshield, I don't have any problems with it in my heated garage.

Talk about luck when I got mine. With my ranch hand headache rack, there is about 1/4 to 1/8 clearance to get into the garage
