I thought about that, my price was $55 from the local stealership just for the right side but my SS line looks brand new. I figured I would save some cash and just replace the rubber. I checked on RockAuto but there was over 60 part #'s for brake hose.
Did the new lines you got thread into the T or was that included? Did you need any special tools to remove or attach?
The new Ford part included the Hose from the frame bracket to the Tee, both steel lines that run along the axle and both hoses that go to the calipers. Steel line is threaded into the Tee and caliper hoses, so I'd be willing to bet your SS lines will be compatible. No special tools. 3/8" wrench (line wrench is better) for the steel line fittings, the vent-bolt attaching the Tee to the axle is I believe a 14mm as are the banjo bolts attaching the hoses to the calipers.
Thanks Tim, I got so disgusted with trying to find the part number or right hose that I made up my mind I was going out and tear the truck apart to confirm that it was in fact the hose that was holding up the brake, turns out one of the cylinders on my caliper is froze. I am so releaved that at least now I know for sure what the problem is. When I checked the caliper the last time I only pushed one cylinder in, it made such a mess that I didn't bother pushing the other one in, well that is the one thats tight! That's what I get for just assuming the other one worked!!
I am almost giddy with excitement for knowing now what the problem is and I no longer have to screw with finding that damn hose!!
I will second calling Riffraff on braided lines if you are in the market. Very high quality items! Clay also has instructions on swapping them out too! No special tools needed and it goes pretty quick if you do decide to change your lines!
I checked Clays site but couldn't find anything like that.
If the new caliper don't fix it I will definitely be calling Clay. Believe me, I am right about here with all of the local parts stores (4 different ones) around here.
Just for future reference where do I locate them on the Riffraff site? I just looked and I still can't find them or do I have to call?

You'll have to give him a call. He has much more to offer than just what's on his site.
