Which Plug Part Number?

Okay, getting ready to attempt the spark plug change on my 2006 F150 5.4L FFV with 41K miles this weekend. I'm wanting to keep with the Motorcraft plugs, but getting different results. I've searched here, and everyone appears to be using various different brands and part numbers. So which am I to use? This is what I've found from a couple sites.

Motorcraft website for my VIN calls for SP507.
Summit website by year/make/model/motor (no option for FFV) calls for SP515
RockAuto website, only lists Autolite and Chamption plugs for FFV's, but has the SP515 for non-FFV 5.4L's.

Okay, I see that RockAuto has the SP507 listed as platinum, and the SP515 as double platinum. What's the difference? Should I just opt for the Champion plugs, even though I've never been a fan of Champion plugs?

I have the 5.4L FFV and Ford online calls for the SP507, however, the dealership said the SP515 was the appropriate plug, which I installed 11 months ago. There's much dicussion on the forum in regards to sspark plugs, including which part number. My recollection is that folks say the SP515 replaced the SP507 (new and improved?).

If I'm not mistaken, the SP507 were the original plugs which were replaced by the SP509's, and then more recently superceded by the SP515.

When I pulled my original plugs out, they were squealing all the way out because they were so tight.. The SP515's turned freely by hand all the way in which was kinda weird. I think they shrank the diameter due to overly tight fit on the original plugs.

I got my SP515s from Kragens/Oreilly's for $8 each.

Sleeve is exact same diameter. Just finished measuring SP507 origional plugs that just came out of my '04 against the brand new SP515's that just went in. 0.395"

SP507 (PZT14F) replaced by SP515 (PZH14F).

SP509 (HJFS24FP) is still a valid part number, Ford parts depots have over 16,000 available. If it was replaced, the Ford parts depot status would be ZERO.
