I think I'll do the led mod while I'm at it and maybe a toggle switch and a push button to maunally control the gp or use the toggle to let computer do it

More fuel to ignite ==> needs more heat, maybe?

That's just it though, there isn't more fuel to ignite. The injectors are capable of spraying more fuel (higher maximum rate) but the engine doesn't get more fuel at idle or it ....wouldn't idle. Hopefully Jim will clear us up on this b/c I too am curious now. I'd like to do stage 1's down the road too.

Maybe since the plungers and barrels are larger it takes a lil longer to build the pressure to fire that's just a guess

I think I'm going to mount a volt gauge on my GRP so I can keep a eye on the volts going to the GP's
