2010 E450 Cutaway Message Center Function

2010 E450 Cutaway Message Center Function
I have a 2010 E450 chassis under my recently purchased Sunseeker RV. I'm trying to determine if the Message Center should be giving me more info.
Right now the only functionality it seems to have is the A/B trip meters and the Autoloc and Autounlock On/Off settings. According to the manual, if the message center is equipped it should have other functions like Miles to E, MPG, Miles or KM select, etc.
Anyone know what I should be expecting to see?

I'm not sure of the trim package, they don't put much in the way of badging on the cutaway chassis. I do have a picture of the build sticker but not much info on how to interpret it or find what options are equipped.
In my internet searches I have found a common trend of people trying to find option info (RPOs?) on their Fords without much luck. The message center display is there on the dash with Trip Meter and Autoloc/unlock functions but not much else and I can't help wondering why not.
I guess what I'm trying to find out how this function is sold/optioned at various trim levels? It must just be a programming option at the factory to turn on/off the level of functionality.
Any help is appreciated!
