window channel problem

window channel problem
Hey guys......have a problem with the rear channel replacement for the windows on the '59 F100. The tab that sits in the slot to set the rear channel appears low. The channel doesn't go down far enough to set in the bottom tab slot. Looks like it should be up at least an inch. (i wish i could figure out how to paste a pic here.........
Don't know what to do with these....both rear channels have the tab in the same place....

Your year truck has it's own forum now and those are the fellows that will know first hand to better answer your question and you will likely get redirected anyways.
