Interior trip advice needed
2007 F350 CrewCab. Detail shop replaced carpet with a factory mat. Shift lever boot was left loose. Now a lot of engine noise is in the cabin. The boot only feels loose in front - firewall side. How do I secure it properly? Thanks - Mike

Probably have to take the mat up and put the screws in the boot mount in the back.
I have the floor shifter as well and I can see where it comes thru to the underside if I crawl up under the truck.
I'd take it back since the drivers side flooring will have to come up.
