I pulled one bolt for the trac bar on mine wasnt to bad getting it back on and i just used a big impact to put the nut back on and that was over a year ago and my tires wear good and the axle is centered.

 

I pulled the track bar..spring packs went in very easy but it was a b***h putting the track bar back on..did not want to line up. Finally, with the help a BIG bar, it went. everything lined up beautifully and runs down the road nicely.

 

Any chance you know what the size of the bolt for the track bar is? There's only so many times a person wants to rip apart their front end, and I'm tired of jacking with it. So, I just ordered the adjustable track bar from Zone. I chose this one since the 'turnbuckle' design allows it to be adjusted after installation. The other thing that came to mind today is that I have now torqued and re-tourqued the original u bolts three times. I've always heard the you should never use u bolts after taking them off because of possible thread fatigue from the tourqing.
