Well.... here is what it came down to. Intake manifold gaskets and me had a go around last night. That was the issue. Holy crap does it run way better. Smoother, way more power, only has a slight miss but I believe its a bad cop because its one cyl. Its like a night and day difference. No more lean codes!

The fact that it was 45 out and ran fine. So I figured if its temperature related like that it must have to do with the gaskets. Went to the parts store and got free gaskets (open box). And wow. Made a huge difference. But now a coil died. Just my luck.

Make sure there is no slow coolant leak at rear port on passenger side of the intake next to cylinder 4, this was an issue and sometimes fel-pro gaskets wont hold , ford actually updated the gaskets to a thicker rubber for a better seal part#YL3Z-9439_AA
