New to the forum. I am not getting running lights at my 7 pin connector on my 1997 F150 truck. I have not had the issue before, replaced all the lights on the trailer and everything works when I hook it up to my buddy's truck. Put a meter on the 7 pin and not getting any voltage at the connector. Getting continutiy from one side of the connector to the other so it is not there. We are baffled.

fuse box under hood by air inlet box-- #1 fuse- trailer lights. Look in the operators manual on road side emergencies.

or could be a relay also in that same box or under dash under radio

 

Thanks guys, I will check them out. I checked the fuse in box under the dash, but not under the hood.

 

Found the culprit, blew a fuse.
