shakes when you first excelerate

shakes when you first excelerate
i have a 2001 f250 5.4 liter and when i hit around 2500 rpm its starts to shake real bad. and once it shifts its fine for a few seconds then right before it shifts to the next gear it shakes... how can i fix this

Tranny fluid & filter change? And at 2500rpm are you just flooring it until you get up to the speed you want?
