Trans fluid/oil/coolant amounts?

Got this weekend and all next week off so its time to pay some attention to the ol girl. Besides replacing that uppipe gaskets and my turbo orings ( and maybe my stacks?) im going to replace all the fluids just so i know what im running and when theyve been changed.

How many gallons of coolant, oil, and trans fluid do i need? For my zf5 ive decided to go with royal purple atf.

I have used royal purple syncromax and after 40,000 miles it had a nasty burnt smell to it. It has mobil one synthetic atf in it now with good luck so far. put 4 quarts in it and fill from the shifter.

4 gallons of motorcrafts coolant with a full flush + 2 bottles of the additive.

Oil as in motor? pick up 3- 5quart motorcraft 15-40 diesel motor oil jugs and a 1995 motorcraft oil filter from Wally

Good luck giving the ol girl some attention
