Gauges HELP!
I have a 1981 F-150 Custom 4x4 with a 351M and a C6 Trans
Does anyone know of a complete set of aftermarket OEM style gauge cluster to replace the stock "POS junk" cluster.
And if this does not exist, is there any aftermarket gauges that will work with the factory temp, oil and fuel sending units?
Also on another subject, what would make my interior dome light stay on constantly?

I don't know the answer to your first question, but I would imagine there are aftermarket clusters...
The second question is probably in your headlight switch. The only reason that I could think that the light would stay on is the dimmer switch is stuck.

Yes, it's possible the dimmer switch is turned all the way to the left, or it's possible a door jamb switch thinks a door is open, or it's possible wires are shorted together somewhere.
I'm not aware of the replacement clusters of which you speak, might look on Dennis Carpenter's site.

I've yet to see an aftermarket cluster for our trucks...the Chevy guys get all the attention 
I've come to the conclusion that I'll have to make my own cluster someday, with Autometer gauges. Stock replacements can be had through LMC, but the prices are OBSCENE. $400 for a speedometer!! I got a complete cluster, with a factory tach, for $10 at my local junkyard...lol
I have issues with my interior light as well, I believe my problem is due to a short somewhere. Originally the light would work normally, but then it would cause the parking lights and interior dash lighting to stay on constantly. In the past few months I tried again and the interior light wouldn't go off, in addition to causing the dash lights and parking lights to stay on constantly.
Try turning the switch to the right and see if it goes off. It's worth a shot, lol
