SEM paint with clear overcoat?

Hey guys I am repainting the panels on my 85 F250 and everything is turning out well... I just have one question. Do you guys think it would be ok to add a last layer of Krylon Clear Matte Finish so that it gives it one last layer of protection? Or do yall think this would destroy the paint in some manor. I am just afraid of the pain chipping and think that one layer might prevent that from happening. Thanks so much for yalls help!
