King's E-fuel
6404-12-08 is the one you want.
Your probably not gonna find it cheaper anywhere else. Most stores wanted 12-18 for this piece. Some were higher. Couldn't even get my buddies at my local hydraulic shop to order it for me that cheap.
So my girlfriend is trying to find the receipt to see if it's under warranty.
Also, this past week has been NUTS at work.
The E-fuel setup has worked perfectly since it was installed. Only changed filters.
Those STOCK lines from the banjo fitting to the rear of the heads are plenty big. I dyno'ed almost 400hp.

( I want more, but this is a work truck)
in the absence of a parts list and diagrams, I have a few questions that you might know off the top of your head:
- where did that prefilter and base come from? the post filter is a standard napa filter and base, but I haven't seen that pre-one before.
- what is the order of pumps/filters/etc? from what I can follow of hoses in one of your pics, it goes: fuel selector valve - pump1 - pre-filter - pump2 - post filter - engine (banjo adaptor) - regulator - fuel selector valve (return) Is this right, or do I have something mixed up?
- pump fuses - did you add a fuses and a relay to the under-hood box, or just run an in-line fuse somewhere?
and again - nice work and glad its still working like day 1.

I know you can order them as "assemblies" but here are some options.
Filter head: probably need 3/8" or 1/2" ports. STA30837 or STA33648

Filter alone: I see now you can order them in 3.6", 4.3" and 6" lenghts. I have the 3.6" 150 micron (it's a prefilter for the pumps) and I may order a longer one for a few extra bucks.

I also have the see through bowl #29899, but when I ordered my setup I didn't specify that I needed or wanted this. Maybe they offer it as an option now instead of standard equipment.

They offer a heater for the top also. I don't know if I have the 100watt or 150 watt heater. They offer a heater for the side, buuuuut I don't see the point, the toploaded heater element was easy to put in. Real easy.

They sell assemblies. Some of the discriptions are non existent. I would call and tell them what you want and see if they sell it in a kit.

The fuel system goes as follows:
fuel selector valve to fuel manager prefilter with dual outlets to the inlets of the pumps (ran in parallel) then out as separate lines to two inlet ports on post filter head then out as one single line to engine.
fuel selector valve - prefilter - pumps - post filter - engine banjo - into heads - to "tight wad" regulator - back to fuel selector valve

I found a dual relay setup off a ford truck in the junkyard. May have came off a gas truck. It was right behind the main fuse panel under the hood, but had it's own mounting brackets and everything. For the pump fuses and heater fuse i tore apart a fuse panel in the junkyard and took out the fuse holder pieces INSIDE the fuse panel. It took for ever, but made for a OEM look under the hood. I have to check my glow-plugs this morning. I'll try to snap some pictures
Gonna look into those filter set ups too. The heater in the filter is smart. I've never had fuel gel on me, but I'd rather not find out what it's like!
Also - anyone know what the stock hard line and fitting material(s) are? Stainless, plain steel, brass/copper?
