LOW oil pressure at startup, and low RPM miss
1995 F150 4.9L 170K
1. In the mornings, my new to me truck is a little clattery at startup, only for the first two seconds maybe. Is this something to be overly concerned about? Previous owner took reasonably good care of it, and it fades away a little bit after a fresh oil change but is back before it's time for another. I don't like the way it sounds, but it is only for a couple of seconds and then it sounds fine. I do have a tiny tick when it's cold, from a lifter I imagine. I was thinking about replacing the oil pump.
2. Under 2,000, I have an occasional, arrhythmic miss. It's not bad, it doesn't get in the way, but it is a little annoying. It feels like hitting a small bump. CEL is not on, but I haven't plugged in a code reader yet.
