I have a donor truck, but I was wondering. Do I need to take the steel brake lines from the donor also? For those that have done this conversion, how are you mounting the proportioning valve?
So I would need to put the proportioning valve where the old one was on the frame while adapting the rear steal brake line to it. Before I jump into it, how did you adapt yours? Maybe a pic, thanks for the help.
Drum & drum do not have a porp. valve only disc & drum, because of different delivery pressures. I just added a short piece of off the rack line in to make it work.
