No heat.....then
Upon starting the truck and letting it warm up for awhile, the temp guage does not move for at least 10 minutes or longer. There is no heat as well. After driving for a bit the guage starts to move then I do get some heat. I know it's been getting colder, but the truck never takes that long to warm up. Does this sound like a bad themostat.

Just replaced the thermostat. The truck did heat up quicker than before. The hose from the radiator to the engine was hot but the radiator cap was cool to the touch. Does this sound normal?
