Hello I have a 2000 f350 srw 6 spd I am having troubles with the aux power in my trailer plug the fuse is missing under the hood so I put one in now power yet motor running no power lights on no power I pulled the fuse ran my multi meter leads to each fuse terminal there is no power going to the fuse what do I check for any other fuses wires to check need help ASAP

 

Did you install, or were they already, the relays installed for trailer power?

They should be in the little housing next to the under hood fuse panel.



And there should be 2 relays inside there.

 

Thanks dude no relays there are they any special ones or just normal 4 terminal relays ??

 

Ford P/N FOAB-14B192-AA around $12 from Ford, I'm sure an auto parts house could cross reference it for you though.
