I have had three blend door actuator replacements, 2 under warranty. Last one I had to pay for and stealership charged me ~$300. Ouch! Does not add up with reports from dyurisich.

I have an 08 that had the same problem. Replaced actuator with no luck. I had the clicking noise too. Went to different dealer and they pulled the whole dash and replaced the complete heater box under warrenty. Mechanic said he has done 8 or 10 of them with same problem. He said thr foam glued to the doors inside the unit comes loose and gets stuck in the way of opening and closing the door.
Anyways it fixed my problem and everything is good again.
