Wobble in steering wheel

My string wheel is wobbling around like bearings or bushings are bad. I don't know what I need to replace or how to take it all apart. Anyone out there with any help for me?

How many miles are on the truck? does it still have the factory ball joints on the front end?

No its had balljoints replaced. It is about to hit 180k. Its the actual steering wheel that's moving. Its not play in the steering. It's about 4 inches down the column from where the wheel bolts to it. I don't think it's the tilt mechanism though but I could be wrong.

Check the rubber donut at the end of the lower steering shaft where it connects to the steering box. It could have possiable rippped.

I checked the rubber by the gearbox it was fine. I'm pretty sure it's the bearing begging the spring where the wheel bolts to the column.
