Question Redneck Toolbox

Ford4life69 where do you sit when you go someplace? It doesn't sound like you have anyroom left. With all of that stuff you could even drive a (sorry guys) Chebby. You would need all of it to get to the next gerage for the pro's to work on it.
Just kidding'

God Bless our Troops.

Definitely balin' wire. You can fix ANYTHING with it! I also carry extra engine and transmission oil, radiator fluid, and a spare fan belt. Also a little tube of that orange hand cleaner and some rags. Easy way to clean up the greasy hands if there is no water around.

How about a cell phone to call for help. I usually keep some toilet paper and blankets. Got to keep comfy till help arrives.

Redneck Toolbox

SouthernDually,

i sit in the driver seat and no where else of course. i forgot some stuff too. i have a radiator temp guage in my ash tray, a chain in the bed on top of the spare, orange silicone (high temp), 1 qt of tranny fluid, some assorted screws nuts and bolts in the ashtray also ... my electric tape is in my bedroom. all of the rest from my first post is neatly stacked behind the seat. i also have a bag behind the seat full of washing things. an "absorber", can of chrome/aluminum polish, turtle wax, 2 different kind of white towels. i have 2 pairs of vice grips different sizes. a small pair in the glovebox along with a half inch wrench and a 10 in 1 screwdriver and a flashlight. if it requires more than that, then i get behind the seat.

now if that seems a lot to carry around, i won't even bring up my work related stuff and my stereo stuff. i've turned the most spacious truck i've ever owned into a cramped space becuz i'm always carrying something to or from my mom, to or from my grandmother. it's crazy!

Well it's not just about what in the toolbox that makes you a redneck...the toolbox itself says alot! I have an ammo can in the engine compartment of my Bronco...it holds fuses, rags and other misc.... makes a great toolbox too!

3 Cell maglite and a pistol/rifle/shotgun, and a large Buck-knife. If I don't have what I need, some one WILL give it to me when I 'ask'

Don't carry no baseball bat nor 12ga. Do have the usual assortment of important stuff, frog gig, shovel(burying bodies), 3'4"x1 1/2" pipe (sealed and leaded), blanket (never know), a couple of m-80's, you know "important stuff".

Rebar, yes. Tie wire, yes. Rod pliers, nope. That's what the trailer hitch and K-700 are for. If I can't get it to shape with that, I'm not formin' the floor.
