Looking at the breakdown it appears the fuel pump is a component of the HFCM
Here is a question for the Ford tec's here.
When a pump fails do they just replace the pump or is the entire HFCM replaced?
The reason I ask is a coupel of weeks back had mine in to the dealership replaced an injector and replaced the fuel pump for low pressure.

There was a change by Ford. From the info in the following link, they did away with the heater in 06. If so, and I would say m-chan68 would know, someone changed the manifold and did not put in a new wire harness when they did.

Wow! That thing is filthy! It should be cleaned with some electrical contact cleaner and a soft bristle brush, then massaged with some dielectric grease and covered with a small plastic bag sealed with RTV and placed in another slightly larger bag so the first one don't get wet!
The OP either had the HFCM manifold or the entire HFCM itself replaced at some point in its life, but the servicing tech that replaced it, failed to install the update 6C3Z-9F759-A harness to go along with it, leaving that connector unplugged.
In answer to IABill's question, I replace the entire HFCM whenever I get them coming to me with low fuel pressure issues rather than just the pump component.
