On the fuel rail there is a fitting that looks like a air nipple for a tire. You can press the center and if there is pressure in the fuel rail it will spit out gas.
You can also get a fuel pressure regulator to check a see if you have a bad pump, clogged filter, or if the tank selector valve has went bad.

On the fuel injector rail. Looks like a tire valve. Gauge threads on there. Should be reading 30 - 35 psi at idle increasing to around 40 psi with throttle.

Driver side fuel rail, looks very similar to a tire valve stem. There may be a black cap on it.
