Okay,
I have changed almost everything. Pads, Rotors, Calipers, Pins and the Speed sensor. The rear brakes will be applied to the point of making the truck shudder, then the will let go and everything is fine until you aplly the brake pedal then the pressure build to just the back brakes and in a few miless they will release again. I have pulled the fuse to the ABS system doesn't change things. The brake pedal is like a rock when this happens and then goes back to normal when it magically releases itself. Is this the Hydroboost or the ABS system sensor?

This sure sounds like a master cylinder/hydroboost problem...a pressure relief valve must be hanging up or some debris is caught/releases in the relief orifice.
I'd take a good look at the rubber brake lines also, may be hard to tell if it's one of the rubber hoses ate up on the inside. You might have some apply the brakes & watch the hoses to see if one swells.
I believe there is an adjustment on the rod that connects the pedal and the hydroboost piston. Maybe it needs more "dead zone".
They CAN be adjusted too tight. I have never been in there, but I would think that there may be a jam jut or nuts of some kind to prevent the threads from turning by themselves, and maybe they came loose, allowing the adjuster to get out-of-adjustment.
Just my musings. Like I said, I haven't ever had the need to get in there.

I changed all of the hoses. The effect was worse. Changed out the Hydro-Booster. Brakes are FINALLY fixed!.
