no start after gaskets

Changed head gaskets oil cooler Pegram delete. Tried to fire it up and it tried to start after awhile of trying to start it stopped trying to start. I also lost the loud clicking noise when the key is first turned on. I have the buzz from I Hess the injectors but it quit trying to start when the clicking noise quit. I took the fuel filter cap off and turned the key and fuel poured out. Anyone know what
this is and how to test/ fix it?
Thank you. 03 f250 6.0 4x4

Sounds like its creanked long enough to get the air out or 6minutes from your other post I forgot to fill my HPO reservoir too but it started before the batterys went dead

double check the FICM plugs and the ficm ground screww is attached at the rear intake manafold bolt

next step IMO would be to verify the HPO pressure try and backprobe the ICP sensor with a DVM you need .80 volt to start gona need a helper to crank while you check it out with a DVM

alot of time with this kinda work the screen on the IPR will get plugged or send junk thru it ruining the IPR Valve its a fine screen and dont take much to clogg it up

There should be a ground on the FICM harness to the last stud in the valve cover.

Yes there is a Black wire out of the FICM Harness with a loop on it that goes to the very back bolt on the intake manafold Driver side just a short black wire with a loop

DVM= Digital Volt Meter

ICP= Injector Control Pressure

IPR= Injector pressure Regulator

being its an 03 the ICP & IPR are under the turbo kind a PIA to get to

heres a pic of both those sensors the ficm ground is just out of the pic on the back bolt Driver side intake manafold

Some AutoZone's/O'Reilly's etc. will let you check them out with a deposit. The ScanGuage II will monitor a ton of parameters. It's only down side is it will not pick up codes that do not set the CEL. YOu can pick one up at AutoZone for about $160.

Drain the WIF but doubt thats what causing the no start

I think your no start HPO related very common to trash the IPR & screen

have you checked ICP

WOW Here are the codes I bought a Innova code reader. I found these codes
p0046 = turbo charger boost control solenoid circuit range performance
p2285= ICP sensor circuit low
p0098=intake air temperature sensor 2 circuit high input
p0198= engine oil temperature sensor circuit high input
p0405= EGR sensor A circuit low (Because EGR delete kit?)
p0670= Glow plug module control circuit
p2623 IS this the ICP sensor? it says injector control pressure regulator circuit/open

WOW this thing is cool. I think I better start by checking the icp sensor. Good call Blade

WOW
I will look them up but 2285 is low ICP IIRC its going to be a HPO issue

and some of those codes will be from batts unhooked

I have that same code reader was there no CEL on

P2285 Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low

P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor "A" Circuit Low

P2623 Injector Control Pressure Regulator / Open

that last code points to the IPR thats what controls HPO it could be bad but make shure its fulley plugged in first it would also cause the 2285
Looks like the IPR is the culprit

heres where I get the code definitions
