timing chain?

89 f150 w/5.0l efi. Just installed a remanufactured 302. I couldn't get spark so I pulled dizzy and noticed the cam would not turn but the crankshaft was. Are you kidding me! Is the timing chain broke or pin come out of cam? Anybody got any ideas?

Could be either one, time to disassemble or take it back out and send it back for an autopsy. Do not void that warranty....assuming it was rebuilt by someone else
