timing

IS it posssable to have dist 180 out when changing a timing chain? didnt pull dist loned up dot to dot and rotor was pointing at #1, im thinking is out 180 but not shure

The disty wouldn't move 180* unless you rotated the crank or cam while the chain was off. The disty's relationship to the cam would be unchanged, so you're talking about the chain timming being incorrect.

I assume you did a new timming chain, and now it doesn't run right? The most logical explanation would be that the chain is incorrect...
