In the past yr. or so have acquired 3 sets of NOS e-brake cable boots . Has cooled off some here in S. Fla. so deided to slide under the 1ST-RIDE and install a set . The attaching pins were froze so a little heat solved that problem .Then some media blasting , primer and paint and once again ready to proceed .Slide the boot over the threaded end on the cable and up to the attaching bracket on the chassis and found the larger end was going to be real tight . Tried to pry it on with a varied assortment of tools with no progress . Looked at another set of boots only to find one set was larger on that end . Used this set with the help of a little silicone spray and it went right on .So this conclusion was finalized .All sets are PT# 01Y-2597 but the truck set is F15 and the car sets are F20 . So am glad the reprduction process has not started yet but now know what I have . Still kicking ideas around in my head as how to reproduce these .Am close to a final process . Now to find some peaceful , quality time to make the molds .See pics .

I see you've been posting here long before me, so what I just told you, you probably already know. At times, I've had problems with the posting not work because of something wrong on the Internet, even though I repeat the correct process several times.
I had a posted video run correctly for a few minutes, then stop working for a few days, then start working correctly again.
So maybe I''ll just butt out quietly now and go away.
