Sounds like a bad coil to me also. What is the code #? P0300 is a random misfire code, while p0301-p0310 in your case will tell you which cylinder. If there is no code besides a p0300 and you cannot read misfire data through the scanner depending on scanner you are using you could tell through mode 6. Not sure what type of scanner u have. The coils do go bad frequently so don't be surprised if you have to replace all of them.

You may have the P0350 which could be a fault in the wiring, a bad COP or a bad ECM. I would double check all of the connectors and ensure they all snap into place and are clean - you can even dab a bit of dielectric grease into the plug before you reconnect it. Somewhere you have an issue where the ignition pulse is not being seen correctly by the ECM. This code is usually accompanied by another in the P30x range so hopefully you'll have another to help guide you.
