Brake rotor question

Last night my front brakes started making noise so this morning I pulled both wheels off and to my surprise it looks like it has the wrong size rotors on it. the pads do not sit completely on the rotor so the rotor is eating in to the back of the pad. Is 347mm x 38mm the correct size? I want to make sure I get the right ones. I bought the truck used and have only had it a few months. Its an 05 F-250 4x4 stock.

Page 2 of this 9 page .pdf lists 1 size for F250/350 and another size for F450/F550.

13.66" disc for F250/F350.
14.53" disc for F450/F550.

The NAPA website lists 1 front rotor size for the 2005 F250 Superduty .. a 13.66".
