Hi everyone I need some help with my sct tuner. I had the edge evolution on my truck and I returned it to stock when I got my sct and removed it, now I can not seem to get my sct livewire to program my truck it goes thru all the steps and gets to writing storage and goes to 99% and just stays there. Thanks for any help you can offer, I also was wondering if there is a why to reset the livewire back to default (clearing any changes I make on it)

 

just be patient - it will eventually complete past the 99% mark - wait AT LEAST 10 minutes (but it should take 1/2 that)

 

Thanks for your help I got it programmed now, but now it won't setup my monitors they were working but now it says searching for files and won't do anything from that point I have the egt probe and would like to use it. I never thought sct would be more complicated than the edge was

 

Call Sct tech support that will hook you up. I had a similar problem.

thanks everyone but i got it figured out. for anybody who has same issues, the easy fix is to reformat the tuner. you have to have the updater software running and tuner plugged in and hit ctrl alt f at same time and follow the instructions to reformat the programmer then reload the firmware and tune revsion and any other updates you may want, so now that i got it working I like it except 2 dislikes, there are that the livewire stays on after the key is off and that you have to restart the pid gauges everytime, unlike the egde evo. also for a great mounting idea for the livewire check out my garage pics
