Heater Core Swap

I changed the heater core in my truck yesterday. It is a pretty easy job if any of you guys need to and are putting it off being afraid of the challenge.

The cost was about $25.00 at Advance.

Getting ready for a long winter I see. I'm always looking for heater cores for 64 below; never seem to find them at a auto parts store. 65-66 that's a good price for $25.

Or just getting ready. I took the big hose off and when I put the cover plate back on I used a long screw where I should have used a short one and nicked the core. It was enough to stink up things and to fog the windshield.

I probably could have soldered it but said what the hay I'll just replace it.

Anyone looking a good used one with a small hole contact me with an offer.
