150k on the clock. Ex mainly gets driven less than a mile a day to the daycare and very little on the weekends. But is my family trip vehicle. We have a 1500mile trip planned in dec.
It look's like a little condensation in the oil. Change your oil and monitor. My old 5.4 and 5.0 did that in the winter/cooler temps, when I only drove 2 miles a day. The engine didnt get hot enough to evaporate the condensation. Or it could be coolant leaking somewhere. I would change oil and monitor.

I agree. Hopefully it's simply due to short trips, nothing else. Change the oil & take it for a ride.
Yeah. Change your oil, clean up the cap, and when you drive it, make sure you get it up to operating temps and then drive it for another 10 to 15 minutes depending on the outside temps.
