low power

I just installed new injectors in my 95' powerstroke and it runs alot better than it did but it seems like the turbo is weak, like it should have more power at higher rpms. the truck has almost 300'000 miles so maybe it just needs rebuilt but does anyone have any suggestions as to why it seems so weak at higher rpms

Exhaust leaks or plugs.

When installing new injectors did you have the MAP hose moved out of the way?
Make sure the hose is still connected to the intake, easy to overlook.
