Thx i thought so to but that is what i was not looking for because i am out of ideas an now my truck will not start it ran great till i turn it off. I fix the takeing so long to turn over now it just wont even crank what the hell next. I am so close to just saying scrap the pos.
hi, first of all that starter sounds awful and is probably drawing too much current, but i think you should try holding the gas pedal down 1/2" and see if starts easily, if so the idle valve/throttle body maybe dirty. there is also the EEC gound wires by the batt negative post.
i have not watched your fuel pressure videos yet, i'll try watching them and see if anything jumps at me. unfortunately a scanner is of little help for this model year of truck because the ecm is not data cappable as far as i know.
NOTE: I"M not a mechanic, i only play one for movies and infomercials.
any ????? call me @ 773 284 5900 ask for crewcabfan.

see? maybe it was just a bad starter all along
if you end up replacing it don't forget to clean the battery ground cable where it bolts to the block.
crewcabfan, a real scanner, not a parts store special will read live data from a 93. The real early systems, like my son's 86, will not give you a live data stream.

no disrespect, but the 460 equipped trucks dont give out data up until 94 if my memory serves correctly unless california emissions .
i dont know if because they are all considered heavy duty and not required
to pass stringent emissions.
i know that all light duty trucks 8600 GVW and under give datastream since 1989 or so.
but then again this is a 93 f250 so it may or may not be data capable.
in mine i had to find a ecm from a 96 f450 for the data capabilities.
You might be correct, I use a Solus pro. What year have you got that EFI 460 in? It looks almost like it belongs there. Sort of reminds me of my 77 F150, I put a 390 camper special engine in it.

the 460 lives here:
i also have a solus and a solus pro, also IDS but that one only works on 96 and newer.
last week i purchased an old snap-on mt2500 graphic wich i'm gonna permanently install in a custom built center console to monitor engine and trans data while on the run.
if i remember correctly you too are doing some kind of big block conversion arent you?
Yes, I'm in the process of converting my 86 F350 crew cab dually to EFI and E4OD. I will ultimately be using a WAY1 ECM so I can have MAF SEFI on a 460. ArdWrknTrk suggested I do a write up, I had not previously as I didn't want to get in a p*****g contest with Uncle Stosh regarding changing an 80-86 model. That's a nice looking truck, I'll bet it surprises a few people.
