if you want factory, you will need a 2007-2008 radio and the upper dash pad from a 07-08 truck as well. the pad has the 3.5mm plug built in
aftermarket wise, the world is your oyster. pick which one you like the best. they all tie into your radio Aux input. Some are fancy and offer iPod controls. others are simply audio inputs

Not sure how much an 07-08 radio and dash pad would be, but I imagine that they would be pretty steep. I just put a pioneer indash dvd in my 05 with ipod controls, navigation and sirius satellite radio. It was refurbished and I came out under 400 bucks even with the steering wheel control adapter and stereo harness/mounting kit included.
