Call your local dealership and see what they say, might get a "free flash" for transmission flush.
That didn't come out the right way...

this was something I went through back when I had my 04 6.0 but figured they mightve come out with a new one within the last year and half that should be really good? mainly I was looking to get it because I read that the new flashes disable the ebp sensor function on the 2003 6.0 engines

Something else to keep in mind, the last couple of flashes will disable the radiator fan if you unplug the EGR valve. I'm thinking the last 4-5 will buzz the coils as well, something else to consider.

Not on an 03/04 they won't. That's just the 05,6,7 trucks.
I might start another thread about this, but the reason I was going to get the flash is so my ebp function is removed, my idle tone changes like every 30 seconds
sounds like the turbo spools way up then completely shuts down and a deep rumble sound comes then it goes back to the turbo whistle then to the rumbleing and it sounds horrible, I tried cleaning my ebp sensor and tube and it didnt do a dang thing
That could just be your EGR or turbo vanes cycling. If you don't have any driveability, power, or starting issues, I'd leave it alone.
after a few minutes of research I found some other people with the same idle tone change symptoms, apparently its from the newest flash it cycles the veins in the turbo so they will have a harder time to stick, my truck is perfectly fine, not going to bother with anything else
be sure to check out my thread I'm going to post with pictures of my truck!
