Clutch Problem.

I just put a new clutch in my truck. Everything is working good but i have to push the clutch all the way to the floor as hard as i can to shift. If i dont the gears will grind. Any ideas what to do.

Yes, fix it (lol)
Post more info on your truck. Engine? Tranny? Year? Mechanical or Hydraulic? Internal or external slave? 4x4?

Make sure the firewall is in good shape.. as in not cracked and flexing, if it is there is a repair plate available for a fix.

You might want to follow along on this thread, https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...rn-spring.html for some more ideas..

When you replaced the clutch, did you pull or drop the tranny. What did you replace? Do the lines need bleeding? Are you getting the full range of travel from your slave?
Your Haynes (or Chiltons) will tell you how to do/check all of this.
